2. If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons, and email [email protected] immediately.

They are no warranties for any of the products from the manufacturer, however, if you are concerned that one of your items is defective, within 7 days after receiving the product, you must first troubleshoot your problem with our supplier’s technical support. Once the manufacturer have authorized the replacement, we will use the information supplied to request for a replacement from manufacturer.
